These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of AppFloat (the "Service"), a software product currently developed and operated as an independent, pre-incorporation project.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Project Status and Ownership
AppFloat is an independent, early-stage software product operated by its creator under The Produxers brand.
- AppFloat is not yet a legally constituted company
- No legal entity currently exists under the name "AppFloat"
- All rights, obligations, and operations are managed directly by the creator
Use of the Service does not create a partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship.
2. Intended Use and Stage Disclaimer
The Service is provided for: Early adopters, Product discovery, Proofs of concept (POCs), Pilot programs, Internal evaluations, and Investor or enterprise due diligence.
You acknowledge that AppFloat is a work in progress, and that:
- Features may be incomplete or experimental
- Behavior, performance, and availability may change
- Roadmaps, pricing, and capabilities are non-binding
3. Accounts and Access
Certain features require account creation. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the confidentiality of credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Access may be limited, modified, or revoked at any time during this stage.
4. Pricing, Commercial Terms, and Changes
Any pricing displayed or communicated:
- Is introductory and non-final
- May change without notice
- Does not constitute a binding commercial offer
No guarantees are made regarding future pricing, licensing, or commercial availability.
5. Data Handling and Security
Data Use
By using the Service, you grant permission to:
- Process uploaded or generated data solely to provide the Service
- Analyze data for product improvement
- Aggregate and anonymize data for internal insights
Security Practices
Reasonable, industry-standard security practices are applied; however:
- The Service is not certified for regulated or high-compliance environments
- No warranty is provided regarding absolute data security
Users should not submit data that is legally restricted or highly sensitive unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Marketing and Communications
AppFloat uses HubSpot to manage communications. By registering, you may receive Product updates, Service announcements, or Onboarding communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to AppFloat, including Software, Algorithms, Models, Branding, and Documentation is owned by the creator, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
No rights are transferred beyond a limited, revocable right to use the Service for evaluation purposes.
8. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranties are made regarding Accuracy, Reliability, Fitness for a particular purpose, or Availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator shall not be liable for Indirect or consequential damages, Business interruption, Data loss, or Decisions made based on Service output. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
10. Enterprise, Investor, and Acquisition Context
You acknowledge that:
- AppFloat may later be incorporated, acquired, or restructured
- These Terms may be assigned to a future legal entity
- Continued use after such transition constitutes acceptance of updated terms
No representations are made regarding future ownership, valuation, or corporate structure.
11. Termination
Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
